National Leader of the APC endorse Adams Oshiomhole as National Chairman of the party
National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu, ex-interim National Chairman of the APC, Bisi Akande and governors on the party’s platform, have endorsed former Edo State governor, Adams Oshiomhole, for the position of the national chairman of the party.
This followed visits to Adams Oshiomhole’s campaign office located at Aso Drive, Asokoro, Abuja, on Tuesday.
Apart from Bola Tinubu and Bisi Akande, some of the governors who were at the facility to meet with Adams Oshiomhole include: Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi state, Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo state, Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun state, Tanko Al-Makura of Nassarawa state and Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano state.
Others were: Yahaya Bello of Kogi state and Simon Lalong of Plateau state.
Bola Tinubu, who spoke to reporters shortly after he and Bisi Akande met with Adams Oshiomhole behind closed doors, said his visit was meant to show solidarity with the former Edo State governor as well as to further strengthen the party to work for Nigeria’s progress.
